Brand-new rooms complete with great beds and all the facilities, as for instance, helpful staff.

Comfortable bed, excellant bathroom and coffee, a lounge and air conditioner in the room. Location very close to the center of town at the beautiful, treesy Jardim das Mães square, also near the Alfonso de Melo Museum and the main attractions of the city.

I chose Avenida Boutique because it was conveniently located near the Grao Vasco National Museum, which I wanted to visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the services provided and the free WiFi throughout the property. The concierge services were very helpful in arranging my tours to the Quintas and Wineries, where I enjoyed the delightful Dão wine paired with delicious Beirã cuisine.

I recently stayed at Avenida Boutique in the heart of Viseu for a few nights. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location couldn't have been better. The room was spacious, the bathroom modern, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruit, breads, and pastries. With its reasonable price and good wifi, I would definitely stay at Avenida Boutique again.

Excellent location. Directly across the street from Viseu's main square. It is an older hotel that has retained some of its old charm. Very good value when compared to other surrounding hotels.

We had an amazing stay at Avenida Boutique! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfortable and clean rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right next to Republica Square - Rossio, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby top restaurants. The breakfast was superb with a wide selection of delicious choices, including Nespresso capsules. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel in Viseu.
